Open House (2010)

Synopsis:
A real estate agent and an exterminator who are cleaning up an old house so that it can be sold find more than they bargain for when they venture down to the basement. Tony Wash's short horror comedy takes audiences back to creature films of the 1980's with its inventive use of lighting, practical creature special FX, and no holds barred gore.
